Career opportunities maybe Full-Time, Part-Time, and Subject Matter Expertise on a retainer basis. Most of our jobs are for Remote Technical Support and can be performed from home. Qualified candidates are required to:

♦ Work directly with the customer to investigate, isolate and drive product problems to a closure. This requires strong negotiation skills, sound product & network knowledge, experience in complex troubleshooting and trouble ticket processing.

♦ Perform Emergency Support covering 24×7 network outage restoration

♦ Maintain interfaces with customer’s technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer

♦ Have excellent customer interface skills is a must including a willingness to work a 7x24x365 schedule with rotating off-hour coverage.

Positions Wanted
We are presently expanding our role in supporting legacy telecom equipment. Our customers have provided a list of vendors and their legacy products that they are very interested in us supporting. The areas of interest include Switching, Transmission, Optical and Data products from all vendors. We are putting together a database of qualified engineers that have demonstrated Tier 2/Tier 3 expertise in these products.
