My name is Mike Dazio and I am the CEO of ZT Technology Solutions (www.zttechsol.com). ZT is also an Associate member of the NTCA. For the past 12 years, ZT has been helping customers support their existing embedded base legacy TDM products. We have experience Emergency Recovery Engineers that provide Tier3+ remote technical support for Ribbon (Nortel) DMS/CS2K and Siemens DCO switches. Our goal is to provide a viable alternative to the OEM and thereby extending the life of the legacy equipment.
More recently, some of our customers have shown an interest in migrating off their legacy switches in their networks over to newer generation IP based switches. Our mission has evolved to help customers accomplish the migration from TDM to IP. ZT has joined TelcoBridges Alliance Partner Program and brings it expertise in project management and translations to facilitate the migration.
