As part of our engineering effort for our clients we continue to evaluate opportunities to in-source technical support and repair functions of various legacy products. In many cases this is driven by a service provider’s need to reduce maintenance costs or to reduce the Back-to-Back expenses the MVN integrator has with a specific product/company. We specialize in finding the necessary cadre of experienced technical talent to continue to provide the required Tier2/Tier3 skill set to enable us to extend the life cycle of these products.
